What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer low-cost flat-rate shipping to ensure that getting your favorite WildWisp Apparel pieces is easy and affordable.

While we currently do not provide expedited shipping, we are working on expanding our options to include faster delivery methods soon.

Plus, enjoy free shipping on orders over $125 within the USA and over $175 for international orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations.

Additional fees, taxes, and customs duties may apply for international shipping, and customers are responsible for these charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are handmade and printed on-demand, typically taking 2-7 business days to craft your order.

Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8-12 business days
  • Canada: 6-15 business days
  • Australia: 10-15 business days
  • Europe: 3-10 business days
  • Worldwide: 10-20 business days

The average time to receive your order is currently 7 days.

Can I change order cancel my order after it's been placed?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition without signs of wear or alteration. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

There may be a 10% restocking fee applied to returns.

How do I return an item?

Login to your account at https://account.wildwisp.store/, or click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase. Follow the return process and specify that you want an exchange.

What items are non-returnable or non-refundable?

Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, it takes approximately 5-7 business days to process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method.

What materials are your products made from?

How do I care for and wash my clothing?

Care instructions are available on each product page, as well as here.

Follow the care instructions on the product label. Generally, we recommend washing our clothing in cold water with similar colors and hanging to dry to maintain their quality and longevity.

Do you offer custom or personalized products?

No, currently we do not offer custom or personalized products.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Contact customer service immediately at support@wildwisp.store with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Do you have any certifications for sustainability?

Some of the products we sell are already certified, with certifications such as OCS, OKEO-TEX, GRS, GOTS. However we are in the process of obtaining more certifications to further validate our commitment to sustainability.
