Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

By participating in the WildWisp Apparel Bi-Weekly T-Shirt Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of WildWisp Apparel, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

  • Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Exclusions: Employees of WildWisp Apparel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry Method: To enter, participants must subscribe to the WildWisp Apparel email newsletter. Participants can subscribe through various methods, including:
  • Automatic Re-entry: Once subscribed, participants are automatically included in all future bi-weekly drawings unless they opt-out or unsubscribe from the email list.

4. Giveaway Period

  • Timing: The Giveaway runs on a bi-weekly cycle, with each entry period closing at 11:59 PM (PST) every other Friday.
  • Drawings: Winners will be randomly selected every two weeks from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

5. Prizes

  • Prize Details: Each winner will receive one (1) free t-shirt from the WildWisp Apparel collection. The t-shirt will be delivered via a digital gift card that can be redeemed on our website.
  • Substitution: WildWisp Apparel reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
  • Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Notification

  • Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry. WildWisp Apparel will also announce the winner on its social media channels.
  • Claiming Prize: Winners must claim their prize within seven (28) days of notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, WildWisp Apparel reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow WildWisp Apparel to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

  • Right to Modify or Cancel: WildWisp Apparel reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to change the frequency of the Giveaway, alter the prizes, or terminate the Giveaway entirely.
  • Disqualification: WildWisp Apparel reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability Release: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless WildWisp Apparel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway.
  • Not Responsible for Errors: WildWisp Apparel is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in any printing or posting of these Terms and Conditions, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of prizes.

10. Disputes

  • Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Kansas.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the WildWisp Apparel Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Disclaimer: WildWisp Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, to address any changes in the Giveaway, including but not limited to the frequency of the giveaway, the prizes offered, or the continuation or cancellation of the Giveaway. Any such changes will be posted on the WildWisp Apparel website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
